It all starts with our homemade Halaya (Ube “jam”), folded in Nonna Lia’s original Mascarpone cream. Beautifully paired with ladyfingers soaked in Coconut milk, and topped off with Ube powder and coconut chips. A classic Filipino combination that will leave you wanting for more!
